How do I order from your website?

  • Click on the product picture you wish to buy
  • Select the product
  • Complete the message card field and ‘Put Into Cart’
  • Select the add on product (optional), ‘add to shopping cart’ and ‘Check Out’
  • Complete your specified delivery date, voucher no.(if any), billing information, shipping information, payment method and ‘Continue’
  • Check all the information and ‘Check Out’

For ‘Bank In’ payment, kindly make your payment through E-banking / ATM / Counter and inform us once payment has been made.

Login to your account and click ‘Order Status’
How to order more than one item?
Click on ‘Continue Shopping’ to choose other product.
Can I pay for my order on delivery?
I’m afraid that we can’t accept ‘payment on delivery’. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Will I be informed when the order is delivered? 
You should receive an email confirmation notification after your goods have been delivered to you.
What time will the order arrive? 
Unless you’ve specified one of our timed delivery options, the flowers normally will be delivered between 9:00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The products delivered were not what I originally ordered, what can I do? 
In rare circumstances you may receive products that are different from what you originally ordered due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event this happens please contact our customer service department and arrange for the product that you did not order to be returned in new and unused condition. We will either refund you the money or arrange for the original order to be reshipped at no additional cost.
